ARGECOTERM organize qualification and improvement course in the profession of Crane Opeator (COR CODE 8333.2.1) in accordance with the requirements of ANC (National Authority for Qualifications) and ISCIR (State Inspection for the Control of Boilers, Pressure Vessels and Lifting Installations).

WHAT IS A CRANE OPERATOR?

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, a Crane Operator is the person who attended a qualification course organized by an authorized company and passed the ANC (National Authority for Qualifications) graduation exams and the ISCIR *⁾ authorization.

At the end of the course organized by ARGECOTERM, the participants in the qualification program will take a graduation exam after which they will receive the Qualification certificate in the profession of Crane Operator and an authorization exam after which they will obtain the Crane Operator authorization with the corresponding annual visa slip.

Any person handling cranes (except for those with a load up to 1t inclusive and those with manual operation regardless of the load) needs the ANC qualification and the ISCIR authorization as a Crane Operator. The qualification of Crane Operator allows the handling of cranes that move on tracks without running rails, with running rails, with running rail with arm and rotating platform, special type cranes (cable, scissors, etc.), depending on the classification of each in group (A, B, C, D) according to the Technical Prescription ISCIR PT CR8-2009.

For the Rolling Bridge Operator Qualification course – Group E – it is possible to extend from any of the groups A, B, C, D to Group E. It is forbidden to extend the Crane Operator authorization from group E to groups A, B, C and D according to CR8-2009.

The course topics of Crane Operator is in accordance with the methodology in force and respects the highest training standards. In the Crane Operator qualification course you will learn about:

1. Classification of cranes: types of cranes; crane training; force equipment; types of shareholders
2. Safety components and other components necessary to ensure operational safety
3. Braking devices: existing types, description, role, mode of operation, adjustment and verification
4. Cables and chains: materials, construction, fixing, allowed wear, maintenance
5. Load gripping devices
6. The crane’s operator obligations
7. Signaling orders on cranes
8. Handling and operation of cranes
9. Maintenance, overhaul, repair and technical inspection
10. Damages and accidents
11. First aid measures in case of damage / accident
12. Legislation, regulations, norms, instructions

The course lasts 720 hours (12 weeks), of which 240 hours 480 hours theory and practice.

REGISTRATION AND NECESSARY DOCUMENTS

For registration you may come in person to our headquarters or you can fill in and send the form, using the REGISTER button.

Individuals will have to pay a registration fee of 21 € for examining the file and the rest of the amount must be paid by the date of the exam.

The legal entities will have to fill in the registration form with the invoicing data and the list of employees, in order to draw up the course documents.

Until the date of the examination, the complete registration file for the course – of each student – must contain:

• Application for registration
• GDPR agreement
• Copy of ID card
• Copy of birth certificate
• Copy of the study diploma according to the provisions of ANC (National Qualifications Authority) and ISCIR – PT CR8-2009
• Skills sheet issued by an occupational medicine office with the specification: Apt for work as Crane operator or Apt for performing the activity of Crane operator

Only persons who have completed the minimum compulsory education and bring the following documents of proving studies, in original or copy, can participate in this Qualification course:

• Minimum compulsory education graduation diploma. The student must have at least 10 graduated classes or 8 classes only if he has another graduated professional qualification school.
• Graduation diploma from vocational school, high school, college or any type of secondary / higher education recognized in Romania;
• Graduation diploma of a qualification course, authorized by ANC / CNFPA / ISCIR
• Certificates issued in the legal basis, which take the place of these diplomas / certificates
