ARGECOTERM organizes specialization and improvement courses in the profession of Stoker on hot water boilers and low pressure steam (C class), COR CODE 818207 in accordance with the requirements of ANC (National Authority for Qualifications) and ISCIR (State Inspection for the Control of Boilers, Pressure Vessels and Lifting Installations).

WHAT IS A STOKER ON HOT WATER BOILERS AND LOW PRESSURE STEAM?

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, a Stoker on hot water boilers and low pressure steam is the person who attended a specialization course organized by an authorized company and passed the graduation and authorization exams of ANC (National Authority for Qualifications) and ISCIR. *⁾

At the end of the course organized by ARGECOTERM, the participants in the specialization program will take a graduation exam after which they will receive the Certificate of graduation in the profession of Fochist for hot water boilers and low pressure steam boilers and an authorization exam after which will obtain the Authorization, accompanied by the Annual Visa Coupon.

Any person who services and supervises in operation hot water boilers and low pressure steam boilers needs the ISCIR authorization and the ANC specialization for the profession of Fochist for hot water boilers and low pressure steam boilers.

The authorization of Fochist class C proves that the owners have the knowledge and technical-organizational skills that allow the safe operation of these boilers, as well as the abilities to operate and supervise the operation of hot water and low pressure steam boilers. As such, they can operate and supervise boilers. They can intervene or announce promptly, through specific actions and within the limits of competence, on the causes that lead to their abnormal functioning or damage, according to the provisions of the technical prescription PT C 9-2010.

Annual coupon visa is valid for a period of four years. Upon the expiration of the validity of the annual coupon visa, related to the ISCIR authorization, its holders must follow a training stage.

The curriculum of specialization course as Stoker on hot water boilers and low pressure steam (C class) is in accordance with the methodology in force and complies with the training standards. In this course you will learn about:

1. General notions about heat, hot water and low pressure steam, their properties and materials technology
2. Notions about low pressure steam heating boilers and hot water boilers. General data, description, fuels, electric boilers, combustion plants, measuring devices, water supply, pipes etc.
3. Notions about the chemical regime, installations for the realization of the chemical regime and notions regarding the water treatment
4. Operation of low pressure steam boilers and hot water boilers depending on the parameters and type of construction
5. Damage to boiler installations
6. Periodic inspection, conservation, repair and technical verification of the boiler
7. First aid measures in case of damage / accident
8. Legislation, regulations, norms, instructions

The duration of the course is 90 hours, of which 60 hours theory and 30 hours practice.

REGISTRATION AND NECESSARY DOCUMENTS

Individuals will have to pay a registration fee of 21 € for examining the file and the rest of the amount must be paid by the date of the exam.

The legal entities will have to fill in the registration form with the invoicing data and the list of employees, in order to draw up the course documents.

Until the date of the examination, the complete registration file for the course – of each student – must contain:

• Application for registration
• GDPR agreement
• Copy of ID card
• Copy of birth certificate
• Copy of the study diploma according to the provisions of ANC (National Qualifications Authority) and ISCIR – PT CR8-2009
• Skills sheet issued by an occupational medicine office with the specification: Apt for work as Stoker or Apt for performing the activity of Stoker

Only persons who have completed the minimum compulsory education and bring the following documents of proving studies, in original or copy, can participate in this Specialization course:

• Minimum compulsory education graduation diploma. The student must have at least 10 graduated classes or 8 classes only if he has another graduated professional qualification school.
• Graduation diploma from vocational school, high school, college or any type of secondary / higher education recognized in Romania;
• Graduation diploma of a qualification course, authorized by ANC / CNFPA / ISCIR
• Certificates issued in the legal basis, which take the place of these diplomas / certificates
